We are flexible but generally ask that payment be made within 5 working days unless prior arrangements have been made.

Direct deposit into our St George account at a branch or via Internet transfer
Personal check (order will be posted once proceeds of cheque clear)
Postal money order
Cash on pick up is acceptable at a mutually agreed day/time
Cash on delivery can be arranged for a small fee if you are in the Liverpool area
Shipping within Australia
Where possible we use envelopes to keep your postage costs to a minimum. For larger purchases we use prepaid Australia post satchels.
A guide for prepaid satchels is
$5.50 for up to 500gms (express = $7.70)
$9.60 for 500gms - 3kg (express = $10.90)

Exchange / refunds
We will happily exchange faulty items. However we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. We do understand that babies grow very quickly and if you have ordered a garment that doesn't fit the intended recipient we will happily send you the next size up if available (dependent or return to us of unopened item and payment of additional postage costs). The exception being our custom made baby gowns. There is no exchange or refund on custom orders.
